Noida
is short for the New Okhla Industrial Development
Authority. It is a planned city under the New Okhla Industrial Development
Authority (Noida) and it is a part of National Capital Region of India. The
city was created under the UP Area Development Act by the initiatives of Sanjay
Gandhi during the controversial Emergency period (1975-1977). In whole NCR
region Noida city has the highest per capita income and the richest civic
bodies in the country. As per census report of India, Noida in 2011 is 642,381
of which male and female are 352,577 & 289,804. Noida is located in Gautam
Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh state. Even the District Magistrate (DM),
has its office camp in Noida sector-27. The city is a part of the Noida Vidhan
Sabha (state assembly) constituency and Gautam Buddha Nagar (Lok Sabha
constituency). During an award function conducted by ABP News in 2015 (Best
City Awards 2015), Noida was awarded by the Best City in Housing in all of
India. Noida as become the preferred destinations for companies offering IT,

there is 60% and is declining every month by 2%-4%. Distance from nearest metro
station Sector 18, Noida is about 500m and Botanical Garden Metro Station is

ATTA MARKET it is a high street market
that NDA Built at the development time of Noida, it is one of the old markets
in Noida, which gives a good blended taste of street foods and shopping for
lower class. But still the market has big brands like Reebok, Adidas, Nike
showrooms and has factory outlet shops and custom rejected shops too which has
good quality products if one’s has a knowledge to find good and bad quality.
Atta market is situated in sector 18 with sector 18 metro station in the middle
of the market. Average price ranges from 11000(rs/sqft) to 13000(rs/sqft) of
area 650 sq.ft to 820 sq.ft unfurnished raw shops.

 

There
is also a WAVE mall but people go there only because of WAVE Cinemas. UNITECH
Group is also building a Garden Galleria mall right next to TGIP. Near these
sectors there is also a big project of UP Government and that is Gautam Bhudh
Park which is a very good place for people who loves jogging and walking and
